Systems on a monthly billing cycle can be moved to annual billing with a new 12 month contract. Please open a support ticket with the billing department if you would like to make this request. Systems can also be upgraded to different plans along with the adjustment in billing cycle and can also be arranged by support ticket anytime.
Add-on vCPUs, RAM, Traffic, and IPv4 addresses are available to purchase in the client area. Almost any specification can be customized to meet application requirements, so please feel welcome to request a custom quote for a new server, multiple systems across different regions, or for customized upgrades to an existing setup.
A location may be unavailable to purchase until resources are replenished, but new systems are deployed periodically and machines are constantly upgraded to keep up with demand. Space is always kept available for existing users to scale, and general availability is usually restored within 7-10 days.
